[2021] Does Mantra of flame stack with Manastorm buffs?

Seeing that Manastorm creates separate buffs does that mean that it might give you separate added damage effects from Mantra of flame?

I know their used to be ways of abusing mantra of flame, are their anymore nowadays or have they fixed ?

Manastorm does not create any buffs at all. Buffs are identified by their icons having the green "buff" border. Things without that are not buffs.
