treasure hunter weapon effect

As per the shop description, it seems like the on-kill effect requires you to directly hit enemies with your weapon rather than your minions.

" Imbues a weapon with a Treasure Hunter Weapon Effect. Its on-kill effect scales with your item rarity bonus and the innate bonus of the monsters you slay.
