Can you upgrade to these new support packs from previous pure point purchases?
Yes, any pure points that have been purchased since Betrayal launched can be used in an upgrade towards the core supporter packs.
You may have screwed up like me. I just re-read the forum post and saw this blurb: "Once you donate, click the "Incentive" button to receive your reward. Note: If we run out of codes too early we will do our best to top them up so that there are more available."
I did not click "Incentive" so I'm not sure if I will receive my code.
I followed up with GameChanger and if you accidentally missed the incentive button, don't fret! They'll be distributing codes based on the donation amount.
Are these exclusive items?
The microtransactions in the Arcane Bundle are currently in the store, just not as a bundle. The Crimson Seraph Weapon Effect is not currently in the store but it will make its way there in a few months. This is currently the only way to get it.
