Its the main loading screen to the game
The game uses screenshots you take as loading screens.
You took a picture of the server list, for some reason. Now it's being used as a loading screen.
The fix is to wait for the game to load. And then maybe delete the screenshot.
I deleted all my screen shots and its still like this
Custom screenshots are stored in the .../Unturned/Screenshots folder. Are you sure you deleted that folder, and not something else?
Hey, the error says you are already signed in. Are you sharing your steam account with someone who is playing already?
Nope and I even reset my password
