Yeah. As OP states, it's been nearly 4 1/2 months since server performance has been tolerable. Prime time gets to the point where it's absolutely miserable for many players, with people experiencing horrible latency spikes and/or lagging out completely. Every single large fight can be expected to bring the server to its knees now.

We've all been sending in tickets almost nightly, but there's been absolute silence since the attempted fix a while ago. If it weren't for OW coming up, I'd have thrown in the towel and gone on a long vacation.

Additionally, what's going to prevent Nexus from being subjected to the exact same problems? If the server is running poorly enough, matches are going to be decided by whichever team has fewer players lag out, which is ridiculous considering that this is supposed to be a competitive event.

Please, RPG. We shouldn't have to beg for any sort of updates on the longstanding server issues, and remaining silent is not going to encourage players to stick around.
