External link →A very rare game (client) crash, as far as we're able to initially tell. Game was immediately started back up, and we didn't see anything in the logs or in network activity to indicate a server issue.
I saw that the server was down for at least 10minutes. After my outfitmates and I got kicked (after pulling a bastion 15min previous), I stayed in the login screen until I saw Emerald was available again. And it was at least 10min.
Yea, it takes a few minutes to restart. It was restarted immediately though. Still looking into it, just wanted to let people know it doesn’t appear to be a server issue.
