And we certainly could spend the required extra 2-4 months working on an Alliance system before shipping Outfit Wars, meanwhile pushing back everything else we are looking to accomplish this year. But the smart choice, no matter how you look at it, is not to.

@CaptainCoxPS2 @tka4nik Remember that there are multiple goals for Outfit Wars in general. We wanted to give super-large outfits reasons to splinter, and we want to give smaller outfits opportunities to gain more members (likely from said splinters.)

@CaptainCoxPS2 @tka4nik There's a lot to factor in. How many outfit members come back to the game to participate? How much will 'personal' rewards drive players from mega-large outfits to splinter because they never get a chance to play? How many will create the "informal alliances" that you mention?

@CaptainCoxPS2 @tka4nik We grant personal rewards to the players who've finished at least one match in Desolation. Meaning your roster could have different players in it each time.
