[2020] Russian and Chinese translation status

Hello everyone,

Just a quick note on status of the new Russian and Chinese translations. We heard your feedback in the post I made this past Saturday about the proper-name translations (weapons, vehicles, etc) .

Based on this feedback, we are working with the translation company to provide an updated pass to update all of the various weapons, vehicles, locations, etc back to their proper naming. This should go relatively quickly once it begins, but it will definitely not be ready to publish to live tomorrow as we had hoped.

We will provide more information once we have an updated timeline.
