@p_brushmann We're looking to revisit concepts that aren't working or are tedious to engage with, and make the overall quality of life better. For clarity, not an overhaul. Oshur will be able to stand on its own without construction, despite having much more room and opportunities for it.
@HybridPS2 @p_brushmann I can understand if the verbiage feels misleading. The point of that sentence is to emphasize construction as an important aspect of continent strategy, which is totally different than designing a continent that is non-functional without construction.
