[2020] Test Server Update - April 28, 2020

PTS servers are being updated with the changes below. Test Server installation can be found here: http://launch.daybreakgames.com/installer/PS2_Test_setup.exe Outfit Wars adjustments

• Destroying a Bastion Fleet Carrier weakpoint now rewards all opposing Outfits that have at least one member within 500 meters with 100 Outfit Wars score if done during an active qualification phase.
• Changed "Outfit Warrior" title reward to simply "Warrior".
• Victorious Outfits who participated in the first Outfit Wars match Apr. 11 will receive their titles before the next Outfit War begins.
