[2019] Constant game crashes

Getting constant game crashes ever since the update. the issue already existed before, however it was every couple hours, now i usually dont even make it to the 10 minute mark. what i did to try to eliminate any possible issues besides the game beeing broken (when isnt it lmao): -reinstall the game -reinstall the gpu drivers -reset the entire pc and reinstall fresh windows drivers etc.. -use the seconadry bios of my mobo thats bone stock so no OC 2133mhz memory

none of this helped. the game locks up and crashes to desktop a second later after max. 10 mins. besides that BF4 and GTA V run just fine, no issues whatsoever with those.
