@LockjawTheOgre It is supposed to be in the useroptions.ini... if you're not seeing the levels in there, that's something we'll need to look into. Could be causing other problems.
@MNMSpeedy We've spoken extensively about this internally. This test will give us an indication of how prevalent the behavior is, and how best to address it. Empty matches will be filtered to the bottom pretty quick, but this does create a crappy experience for the players without enemies.

Currently tracking an issue where the Outfit enlistment placement gets scrambled in the UI when waiting in queue. This is a visual bug only, however. The system still uses the first come first served lineup when actually matching people up. #planetside2
@TR_Pixels The team that handles the distribution to accounts is a little backed up at the moment, so the rewards are delayed. You'll land either the "Work in Progress I" or "Work in Progress II" profile banner (or both) depending on which test(s) you were a part of though.
