[2024] Current status with Amerish+Hossin rotation on Miller 5/13

As we are no longer seeing reports of this issue, I will be unpinning this thread. Our recent patch last week which changes how maps are rotated has fixed this specific issue on Miller. We will continue to monitor for further reports.
