[2020] Worst performance since escalation?

I'm noticing lower framerates on large fights than before escalation, is just me or anyone else is having this issue? Average FPS seems the same, but on large fights the minimum FPS are going way lower than before and changing the graphics didn't help at all. The FPS counter says CPU limited on these situations
