[2022] UBGLs

Under barrels are essentially nerfed on PTS.

UBGLs that existed prior to the new PTS patch have less range, and only break shield. Before a direct UBGL hit would deal direct damage and splash usually 1HK. It seems like they all now work like the sh*ttier SMG variant. Is this intentional?

I see that carbines are supposed to be getting the UBGL changes but this affected the Kuwa and all other pre-existing UBGLs.

They don't feel good. This feels like a large downgrade. They're already barely used and a nerf would make them useless. This feels like a bug or an error.
