Made fixes for Outfit Wars that should let folks get into Desolation now. We've got enlistments up currently, and test matches will start around 11:45am PST tomorrow. If some folks could swing by tomorrow and press the button to see if it works, that'd be helpful. #planetside2

Doing a pass on the PTS reticles at the moment to fix some size issues. We've also walked away from the light "dust".
