After one month and half, I still can't play the directx update with my PC.
Everytime I click on play after opening the launcher, I receive a BSOD "Kernel security check failure"
I've tried everythink I could, "Validate game assets" in launcher settings, clearing graphic drivers with DDU and trying older GPU drivers, check updates for other drivers...
Then I asked dev support, and this is what I got:

Yeah, Thank you too.
After years of online gaming and many support requestes in various games, this is the first time I got an incredible stupid and lazy answer.
Please, notice that this is the first and last answer.
They didn't asked for details, logs, checks, anything.
"Go repair your pc lol"
Yeah, professional.

Thank you,
it's SO hard to give this game a chance, really.
You know, I can't say I tried.
But THAT just pushed me over the edge.
Bye, Daybreak, go repair your customer care team. Try to learn from Blizzard, or whatever.

A BSOD will almost always be caused by something running in kernel mode. It is extremely rare to have something in the user space cause a BSOD. Like all other Windows applications, Planetside2 runs in the user space. I would not expect any application developer to be able to help you with a kernel issue.

With that being said, we can do some additional troubleshooting. If the problem is only happening with Planetside2, I suspect the problem is with BattleEye. BattleEye has several pieces, but one of them is a driver (that runs in Kernel mode) that starts when Planetside2 starts.

As others have mentioned in this thread, I recommend the BattleEye support FAQ, or just a good ol' fashioned Google search: battleye kernel security check failure

The most common reasons for this BSOD appear to be:

  • Running insider and/or non-public Windows builds
  • Collision with other drivers (specifically other anti-cheat) drivers

Hope that helps you out.
