Miller and Cobalt down for emergency maintenance

We are locking down Miller and Cobalt as we look into the recent reported issues.

Although Miller and Cobalt are online, we are investigating character login screen issues on Miller at this moment.

We made adjustments to Miller's server today. You should now be able to log in past the character select screen.
