[2022] DBG, please just give everyone who logged in today the title

The event got pretty messy. Which isn't the end of the world, life happens and things never go the way you planned. That said, you already have a lot of players annoyed that they couldn't participate due to technical issues. If they're denied the "prize" of the day despite showing up, they're going to be (rightfully, imo) pretty angry.

Easiest fix, just throw the title at everyone who logged in today. I'm certain without a doubt that there are folks who already have their character slots full and didn't want to delete hundreds (thousands?) of hours of work to participate in an event that went to the NA Servers because of PTS server issues.

(and disclaimer, I got on both Emerald Amerish and Connery Indar, so I'm pretty sure I'll get whatever commemorative item we get, but people who get left out for the variety of reasons that sprang up that'd keep a player from joining in today have every right to be upset, and I hope you take care of them and make it right)
