Quetzali Bot gets 7 stars. I get 3 stars. Same city size, both capitals and Quetzali has a workshop, but that is not worth 4 stars?

External link →I also had a suspicion the bots got extra resources on higher difficulties vs them having a smarter algo to beat us humans.
One of these things is *FAR* more difficult to do than the other.
Be thankful we don't have them cheat even more.
