New markets after update?

I play on my Android phone (mostly) and just got the update.
I'm not understanding the new markets... If I place a market next to a sawmill L2 and windmill L1 I will get 3 stars? Do you get stars for having two windmills or only the higher one counts? Sorry, but I've reread the release notes 3x and this isn't clear. TIA

The way I understand it, you get 1 star for every level of production building adjacent. So in your example, you would get 3 stars. And yes, two windmills will give you stars for each one, not just the higher level one.
