Asking about weaknesses for the Special Tribes

Been playing solo for a while but trying to get into the multiplayer stuff only I keep getting put into games with those cowards that play as the special bug and fantasy style tribes. They of course wreck the low level lobbies needing no skill given their skill trees at this level of play. I have been trying to do my own research as to how to beat them and the best I can find is just use catapults for the bugs since they don't have persist, but the sources are not very detailed. Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction of detailed source of how to fight the weird ass tribes. Or if its not to much trouble, maybe typing it in the comments?
