[2022] Vengir ought to have a change

I think vengir, being the only regular tribe that isn't inspired by a real culture, should be moved to the special tribes, along with the release of a new regular tribe as a replacement, like an american thing or whatever, and vengir would get special attributes. I personnally think this would be rather cool
