Testflight puts you on a new account where you can buy all the tribes for free.
I did not expect this much development. Made the right move with knights in my opinion. One thing I don’t quite get, how does the enemy tribe opinions work?

This looks awesome! I really want to play this online with my friends, but whenever we make a game, the diplomacy tech is missing, and the other changes made by the beta are gone as well. Is this beta playable online?
It should be possible to play MP. Try verifying game files if you're on Steam.

How so? We didn't change how Persist works, only their HP.

The beta is on Android, but not the free tribes. That's part of Testflight, not something we've done.

Yeah, because IOS hasn't been approved yet and thus, not released.
It could be usefull to give the capability to use the port of a friend (of course when having the sailing tech). Why not ?

It has happened to me a few times as well.
At least once when entering tile next to clouds ; and at least once when attempting to upgrade (but I feel like this should be on purpose tbh).
Neither of these things are intentional. We'll get them fixed.
Both my wife and I have downloaded the beta (Android) and are able to play with diplomacy in single player games, but when we play multiplayer games against each other, the diplomacy tech is missing.
Multiplayer us a little broken and is inconsistent
Unrelated question, I was wondering if you guys are planning on buffing Luxidoor, I personally think that would bring a bit of their ‘shine’ back. Love the update though!

I think that the cloak needs it’s movement to be slowed by other units (not have sneak), at the moment it feels way to easy to get them into enemy cities. But so far I do really like everything else about them, from mechanics to function to their look. The actual peace treaty and embassy both work perfectly, I think they seem great. Other notes: Mints feel a bit weak. Windmills a bit strong as an enjoyer of late game gaami spam as Polaris using the grow, burn, farm. But overall I’m just happy that you guys are still working hard to develop the game, and that once again most of you’ve added works very well and doesn’t break the game too much.
The movement thing is a hard one, as Cloaks need to be countered, but not so well that they're useless. Enemy ZoC might make Infiltration nigh-impossible and ultimately not worth the effort, which is what we're trying to avoid.

I like the knight change because it makes sense that they're not so indestructible, but what is the thinking behind letting enemies use non-friendly roads? Logically it makes sense too, but it introduces a completely different approach to the game.. on top of diplomacy.

When playing multiplayer with added friends in the iOS beta, the new update does not show up. Is this a bug or just a feature of the beta?

Me and my buddies have been playing "team" games for what feels like years now. We just pick teams beforehand and try to remember not to kill each other. We were really hoping with this update that we could set up teams from the start of a game! You think you'll add a multiplayer option for that?

I don’t understand. In TestFlight I have my old account with ongoing games and high scores, and all tribes except Polaris, which I have to pay for to get again…? Tried restore but doesn’t work 🙁
This isn't a bug.
Testflight just puts you on a new a count and gives you tribes for free. Just buy them again, you won't be charged.
How many days does a normal betta last? I need to know so I can give myself an estimated time of release.

Nope, but there's unlimited spots on Steam. 😀
This seems to happen when there is some server lag between the movement and the attack. It just decides that you have “already attacked”, but in reality it seems the server has only registered the movement. Killing game and restarting does not fix. Happens all the time, so now I know to wait for a second after every knight action.
