Any way to actually get purchases restored?

I used to play this game quite a bit and had purchased a few of the tribes. When I upgraded my phone I lost all of the tribes that were bought.

I recently went to play the game again and I do not have those tribes. I've tried hitting the restore purchases link and nothing happened.

I can see my scores and achievements earned using each of the tribes I previously had but don't have access to them.

Pretty frustrating. It picked up my player ID, my alias, and my scores and achievements but doesn't actually give me the things that I paid for.
