@lightningforce9 @Crytivo I imagine you'll be able to see it in your Crytivo dashboard, but I'm honestly not entirely sure. I would think you'd also have a receipt/confirmation in your mailbox, telling you what you paid and what tier it is? (Just the amount you paid is enough for me to answer you.)
@lightningforce9 @Crytivo Then what you're seeing is expected - you'll get a key for the game when it releases on Early Access later this year, but you won't have access to the Alpha (this week) or Beta (sometime before launch in Q2) stages.

🚨 PSA regarding Prehistoric Kingdom Alpha keys! 🚨
A large portion of keys that went out through Crytivo yesterday are non-functional, and would not allow you to download the alpha. We are revoking these keys, and will be providing new ones through the Crytivo dashboard. 1/2
If you see a notice about your Prehistoric Kingdom key being revoked, don't panic, just check on your Crytivo dashboard in a couple of hours, and you should see a new key, which you'll be able to redeem. Upon redemption, you should be able to install the pre-alpha teaser build.
And don't get your hopes up about that teaser build. It's literally just a static screen with a link to Crytivo's Twitch.
Honestly, you'd think you were all hungry bears waiting until they can finally eat sweet, sweet salmon again come spring. Looking at you, @ParrotAlexArt.
