[2021] Player model not loading. Only their guns. And then I crash after they kill me.

This has happened twice in the past two days. This is a new glitch that I've not experienced before in the last 3 years of playing this game.

Has anyone else experienced this? Also, midgame of the second time it happened, all building textures were incompletely loaded or corrupted or something.
