Oath Gaming Donates 100K To Fight Covid
PUBG Corporation is donating $100,000 USD to a charity chosen by the North America PCS Charity Showdown winners, Oath Gaming. As part of the tournament, PUBG awarded the winning roster the lion’s share of a $100,000 prize pot – as well as providing an additional $100,000 to a charity of their choice. We are happy to announce that North American winners Oath Gaming – comprising of Brendan ‘Balefrost’ Connors, Wolfgang ‘wo1f’ Braun, Noah ‘Relo’ Jenkins, and Jake ‘Snakers’ Winant – are donating their $100,000 to the American Cancer Society.
The American Cancer Society is on a mission to free the world from cancer. Until they do, they’ll be funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about prevention. All so everyone can live longer — and better. In response to COVID-19, they’re producing vital resources to help communities through the pandemic, including a free 24-hour helpline with trained experts available to answer calls and chat live.
PUBG Corporation will also be donating to charities chosen by the winners of other regional PCS Charity Showdown tournaments in EMEA, APAC and Asia.
PUBG will make a further announcement once all payments are complete, but for more information on PUBG esports, please visit the official North American site. Alternatively, you can follow PUBG esports on social media at Instagram and Twitter.
