[2021] Is there a fix for this?

This has been happening since the latest patch.

- verified files-

-ran the service manually

- rebooted the PC

Nothing yet helped. Really dont want to reinstall the whole game...

Edit.: Did do the whole reinstall thing. Problem is still persisting. I just wanna play :(
