[2021] Bans for Reputation Decrease?

My friend and i have over 5000 hours of PUBG between us and very rarely talk in game (we stick to discord) we have both been banned today for toxic behaviour for 72 hours. What??

We believe this to be because we drop out of lobbies to play our preferred maps (Before the game even starts) as we prefer to play the original map Erangel, this new reputation system is going to end up turning long term players like us away from the game unless it is tweaked because we will just end up getting banned over and over until perma-ban.

It's bad enough that most of the games we play have a large amount of Asian cheaters, Does PUBG want people to even play their game anymore?

Update: We have had a response from PUBG on our ticket and all they’ve done is sent us a basic template email only the incorrect one.. what a joke!
