[2021] FPS Drops since Update

since the update my FPS have dropped from 144 to 60! Before the update I had an average of 120, sometimes 110, sometimes 144 but mostly 120. But since the update I've been playing and they drop to 60 and stay there. the game is unplayable for me sorry, bought the pass yesterday and since bought but the FPS drops are just annoying. my hardware: R5 3600, EtcRtx 2060 S, 32GB RAM 3200mhz Settings: 1080p, Fov 80, textures high, visibility medium, foliage shadows and effects low.
