[2023] Crash when attempting to open inventory

Is anyone else having an issue after the most recent update where opening the inventory immediately crashes the game?

I'm on PC (RTX 2060 and i7 11700K). The game runs crisp, smooth, and stutter-free, and then I press tab to open inventory and the game crashes.

EDIT: Tried changing the keybind, the problem still occurs.
