For those experiencing the recent crashing issues (crashing every few minutes). Assuming you have a monitor that supports a resolution greater than 1920x1080 when you notice the RAM usage for pubg start to increase you can change the resolution to 1080p and that will bring it back down.

Of my squad this issue affects myself and my other squad mate that has a monitor that supports 2560x1440 and this has helped us both. I can watch my memory usage and when TslGame starts exceeding 6,000 MB i can switch the resolution down to 1080p. Over the next few minutes it will slowly go back down to the usual 3-4,000 MB usage. At which point I can switch back to 2560x1440 and be fine for probably 2+ hours before I have to make the switch again.

Before trying this fix once the memory usage for TslGame exceeded 6,000 MB it would grow forever until it crashed and then this would happen for the rest of the evening. I have heard of other fixes regarding reformatting windows and removing welbia, but I have found this to work and it can be done easily. I know this is not permanent but at least makes it playable. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the additional info guys. We are sharing and collecting all of the information we can find with the devs who have been actively looking into these issues for several weeks now. Unfortunately the team has not been able to find an issue causing the crashes that some of you are experiencing.

We've also been sending the crash reports as well as sentiment that the issue is caused by wellbia and were told that this is not the case. If you are seeing crashing issues that show certain anticheat files in the event viewer, it is likely that some of your windows/system files are corrupt, as seen from this example, and you should do DISM & SFC to repair / restore missing and broken files.

You can find a collection of troubleshooting guides and community fixes that were heplful in resolving these issues for players so far. You'll also find the link to the guide for DISM & SFC windows commands.
