[2020] Does your ranked level dictate how many bots are in a normal game?

I've been playing now for a couple of years. Got lots of hours being me particularly due to covid!

When ever I play team squads it's always at least 85% bot.

I play on Xbox Europe server.

This isn't just a one off it's every single game.

However if I play duos it fluctuates from 20% bots to 85% bots.

My ranked level is terrible I also hate ranked.

Any help would be much appreciated.
