Yeah you aren’t lying, 80% of the players in your matches are bots every game. What time do you normally play at?

If thats the case then its either a case of a brand new or returning player with no or reset "mmr".

All you need to do is play a few matches, win, kill real players and you'll graduate to regular lobbies with uncapped human players.

New player lobbies have capped 20 human players and minimum 80 bots.

How does that work if a newbie teams up with an experienced player, say I recruit a complete beginner to PUBG and want to teach them the game in Duo/Squad, do we get into a beginners lobby or does that bypass the system due to my MMR?

Afaik it should bypass it. But they will end up back in the beginners queue when they queue up alone again. Also, this is per queue type separate, solo, duo & squad will be all reset/new until the person climbs out of the beginners queue. I could be wrong, and that can be tested with what you suggested there :)

Thanks for the answer, I guess we'll find out when they are ready to jump into online matches. Still playing the 10 bot training matches. It is tough to watch for me lol

They only need to play 1 of those 10 by doing all 3 or so missions that are required.
