[2020] Unable to move in game since maintenance

Joined 3 games this morning and I was unable to move at all in the lobby and the lobby never filled either. No one else in the lobby was moving either. No mouse, no keyboard movement at all. Yet, the map and menu worked fine. Anyone else having this issue?

Edit: Joined 10 lobbies and only one allowed us to move at all. On all the ones that are broken, the same people spawn in again and again out of the sky, player count doesn't go up and eventually I get timeout error 8.2.5 - FACE77. On 8.2.5.3 S-Fra servers
