Hi,
When I run PUBG it crashes almost instantly. I have updated the C++ redistributable to the latest versions. Everything is updated to the latest version. I'm on windows insider (Beta) if that matters.
I have verified PUBG several times and reinstalled it. It doesn't work.

This is a case of corrupted game files. Downloading fresh files fixed the issue. Glad that you were able to resolve it!
Corrupted game / OS files are often the culprit of crashing issues. Files can go corrupt due to a faulty update install, driver updates can carry a corrupted file.
Regarding the recent crashing issues that some players have been experiencing / reporting in the past weeks - we have been working with the dev team by providing player reports, crash reports, any info we could see being reported around the community. The dev team has not been able to find an issue on the game's end.
Looking at posts such as yours over the past few weeks we could conclude that the crashing issues are not caused by 1 and the same thing, that they are not related to certain hardware and that they are not widely spread.
