[2020] Anyone else have PUBG Test Server crash on startup?

I played it a lot right after I installed it on my PC.

Now when I try to start it, it crashes. I have tried validating game files through Steam many times. I have also tried reinstalling it.

It crashes right after the PUBG logo intro so I tried deleting the movies in the ...\steamapps\common\PUBG_Test\TslGame\Content\Movies folder. Still no luck.

Any ideas?
