As the title says my phone number comes back as invalid I've held this same number for the past 6+ years, its from a major carrier here in Canada. I've also tried a family members phone number from a different service provider. Neither one works. both have the same area code which is the only common denominator that I can see.

I sent a service ticket in the night after of ranks release, got a fairly prompt reply within hours, then nothing for near a week. This is silly, its keeping me and my two friends that still play this game from trying ranked.

So I ask you guys has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it? Or any ideas on how to fix it or get a response from pubg support.

Also or note I've sent u/PUBG_Hawkinz a pm on Reddit but I imagine he is fairly busy and may not get back to me in the near future :(

I just want to try some ranked reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Edit: update I received a email late last night saying that my issue should be resolved, it wasn't big surprise. Back to waiting.

I've seen a few issues with phones from Canada.. super frustrating.. could you please submit a ticket with our support team and include your carrier, number, account name etc? www.pubg.com/support

We're compiling info on impacted carriers and other consistent identifiers across failed linking attempts to see how we can resolve this.

Edit, I gave them every thing but my carrier when i opened my original ticket and just sent a reply to my original giving them that info. I also sent you reddit chat thingy with the ticket number earlier if you so desire.
