It appears that even manually setting the ToggleMissionList keybind no longer works with 10.2. This is such a shame as the escape menu locks up all game input so you can't check your mission list while driving, etc.
It's also worth noting that the "loading screen" key guide still shows "P" as opening "Mission List".

I'll continue to monitor the recent sentiment on this and pass on the feedback to our team.
With regards to the loading screen key guide showing the Mission List still as keybind "P", this is a bug and as from 10.1 mission lists will be accessed only through the ESC menu and not via the keybind, the team is in the process of updating the loading screen key guide image.

Also on the escape menu in match it will not show missions that are started but not complete ie driving 500km on a 1500km mission.
