Game will not launch on Steam: Any suggestions?

Hello. My game will not launch, and Krafton support has so far been nonresponsive. Does anyone here have any ideas on how to get this game to launch?

I've looked at all sorts of content, and yes mod, I'd looked at previous Reddit threads as well. None of it works for me.

1. My specs are more than enough for this game.
2. Yes, I ran both Steam (even -dx11) and PUBG as admin, and it will won't launch.
3. I turned off AV software (Norton), and added TSL to the exclusion list, still won't launch.
4. I changed my game name to the first time I played PUBG years ago, no luck.
5. I verified integrity of game files, still won't launch.

Anyone have any other ideas?
