[2022] Unpopular opinion: it’s great to see sanhok back

Dare I say it. I had a few games tonight. I didn’t realize how much better the old version is.

Everything about it was more exciting. Hot dropped in bootcamp. Ended up northwest trying to get around the mountains. The old version has so much more depth to it. You can tell the old version of sanhok was designed by the same guys that did Miramar and erangel. It has a lot more variety to the terrain and the bottleneck bridge between islands is classic old pubg.

It’s just refreshing not to see this brown muddy tones. I wish it was even more tropical. Tone down those bushes and this map is still a gem for its hotdrops.
