[2020] Temporary Ban (while in isolation) - Please help

Hi guys, I'm in Italy working from home due to the covid-19 restrictions and this morining upon turning on my pc I was greeted with Steam announcing I got banned until tomorrow for unusual gameplay patterns. This had me in disbelief, since I have never ever used any sort of damned hacking software.

I have 1820 hours of gameplay and play PUBG almost every day with my team. I already submitted a ticket asking for explanation about the ban - I know sometimes some people get banned as a mistake but come on! I have to stay home and I also get banned from playing my favourite game! I have no macros, no sketchy software installed, nothing! Only thing I installed in the last week is Logitech g-hub for my headphones.

What if I get another mistaken temporary ban, will I get permabanned?

What can I do now? Please help
