[2021] Still no info/fix for FPS and stuttering?

Hey, are you experiencing drops in certain situations / areas? Devs have identified and resolved several issues that impacted performance since 11.2 and the overall fps seems to have returned to normal according to data so we are looking for exceptions where there are still issues to learn why.

If you could, let me know what your in game settings are and run dxdiag in your search bar on windows and hit save all information and send me the file and I'll forward it to the team. Video recordings, where FPS counter is visible, which show the fps drops will also be a big help to the devs that are investigating this.
