Hey everyone, and welcome to another PUBG Shield update!
Since our last update we've been working hard to make Shield available to more players around the world, as well as give it a fresh new look!
Starting from today, players from the LATAM region will be able to join Shield and submit and review reports. In order to join Shield you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Register for a PUBG Account
- Link your game platform(s) to your PUBG Account
- Login to PUBG Shield using your PUBG Account login credentials to submit and review reports
- [Optional] Join the Official Brazilian and/or Spanish LATAM Discord server for updates and discussion related to Shield.
As you may have noticed already, Shield has a brand new look with an updated UI to make it more pleasing to look at and even more intuitive to use. We hope you'll love the changes.
To match how they are displayed in game, usernames of banned players will now be partially masked in Discord, with the first four characters unchanged and the remainder masked. It is also no longer necessary to link your Discord account to your PUBG account, or to be in our official Discord server to access Shield.
As we continue to work on improving both the backend and the frontend of Shield, we welcome your feedback and suggestions in the #pubg-shield-feedback-discussion channel on the Official Discord server.
