The edit:
I am here to seek help/suggestions on how I can resolve this problem I am facing, not to prove to some random people what I had on my game stats from literally years ago. So if you feel like sus-ing out me cheating at any point in time during my 5 years of playing then I'll say no I have never cheated, and I don't care about what the stat said (SEA lobby past 10pm for solo & duo usually are half bot-filled, so those stats are POINTLESS). If you don't believe me you can just kindly skip this post because commenting on a sudden change in my K/D or my win rates from years ago from season this to season that is not gonna achieve anything, the email exchanging already made it clear to me that it WAS NOT because of the use of hack/cheat in my gameplay, but rather some unknown malicious software (that they can't tell me due to security reasons).
The post:
I'm genuinely a normal player, I love the game and its e-sport scene, and I've always been clean with my PC and gameplay overall (my PC & Steam account access is strictly of my own), I never cheated and won't ever do.
10 days ago I received a ban notice on my account, to which I realized it was a PERMANENT ban on PUBG without any specific reasons showcased. I have checked every possible reason for this to happen according to the game's Rule of Conduct, and I could not match any possible reason other than Hack/cheat reported by other players (since the day before I did get a kill on a parachuting guy respawning, so I suspected it was the case here).
Then I proceeded to email PUBG Support to sort things out and patiently waited since I could tell that they must've had a lot of tickets to handle every day, including a clip that I have of the kill I mentioned earlier (since I love that kill so much I checked it on Replay and recorded it that night too). A couple of days later I received a reply stating that "Software that avoids the game's services, programs that modify games in any way (even if not to cheat), cheats, macros, etc. for other games not for PUBG is still against the game's terms of service..."
I was so confused because I am the type of person who will do everything to keep my PC safe from malicious software, and always when I play the game I will shut down every other running process in the background to minimize the impact and get better FPS in-game. I didn't know what to do at this point, I played the game like every other day with a friend of mine, never having tried any "malicious software" while in-game, and now all of a sudden an account I poured so many times and effort (and money too) into just vanished after one day.
TL;DR: I got a permanent ban, and after a week of exchanging emails, it's seemingly due to "usage of malicious software" even tho I only allow PUBG and Discord to run on my PC every time I play.
Link to my PUBG Lookup in case anyone want to check my account: https://pubglookup.com/players/steam/trphqcdatMy IGN is DanielD3147 (changed from the previous, but PUBG Lookup didn't update).
I would like to know if any of you guys have experienced/seen this case like mine before, and if there are any suggestions on what other possible reasons for this to happen. Because I am still trying my best on getting my account back.
