[2023] Regular vehicle skins should auto equip

It's understandable that skins, which modify the model of a vehicle, need an extra action to apply, but there should be no reason why the regular skins couldn't be auto applied, just as they used to be.

Weapon skins can be re-applied over others and removed with hotkeys so these systems already exist.

I rarely see players equip skins they paid money to get because of this QoL downgrade.

It is never good to introduce extra steps to a previously simple and easy to use system and call it an upgrade.
