I have earned it from the twitch drops (it's in my twitch inventory). I also have linked my accounts properly because I got the first week drops, just not any from the second week. Is this a known bug or am I missing something?

External link →Hey sir, relinking your Twitch account should work. Unlink your PUBG connection from Twitch as well as your Twitch account from Krafton ID and relink.

I haven't received several drops ( Halloween Spider Spray, Pumpkin Head, Winner Winner Hat Console, Get Lit Spray, Festive Flurry Hat ) that I redeemed on my ps4 account. I already unlinked my twitch and krafton id account and relinked it and it didn't work. Do I have to wait some time ? or do i have to unlink my ps4 account with krafton id and twitch account too ?

Hey, I'd try relinking your game platform as well but there should be a 24 hour cooldown before you can re-link just so you are aware.
