SOLVED, was Avast.
I've tried everything. C++ is up to date, Uninstall, reinstall, closing all other applications, letting the program pass my firewall, the whole paksource whatever the hell deleting, verifying files on steam. It wont launch.
Every time I try launching it, I go to details on Task Manager and I see it trying to run, and then it just shuts off. No error code, no nothing. HELP PLEAS.
