My System.exe process is always at 12% after quitting PUBG. So I downloaded ProcessExplorer which shows you the threads within System.exe and it's a driver called navagio.sys. When I opened the location of navagio.sys I saw that it's in the PUBG folder.

When a person quits PUBG whether through alt-f4 or regular, this thing should stop running.

Yes I received a UAC elevation prompt today - presumably first time that thing installed? Then I got BSOD saying navagio.sys was the problem.
